Modern, safe and comfortable hotel. Staff was very friendly, helpful and accommodating. You are able to order an airport transfer with the reception, when we arrived back our luggage was already loaded in the van for us and accounted for. Such a nice service as Tacloban doesn't have a taxi service! . Restaurant on the top floor was really nice with a great Filipino, Thai menu. Lovely bar serving cocktails plus rooftop terrace. If you like cakes and coffee, the restaurant downstairs has awesome selection. Recommended stay if you want a quality hotel in downtown Tacloban

The staff was the standout for me. I was alone, stranded following the nation wide cancellation, I checked out very early going to catch an earlier flight but I was unlucky. The staff allowed me to return to rest and check out at 12pm. It was an extremely stressful time for me and I was grateful for the support including a phone call to remind me of breakfast which I almost missed.

Very nice place and very central to the city as we had to be close so was top notch for that only small problem was Its all 1 way traffic and the parking was on a different spot and not highly signed but if that's the bad was not a biggy
